EG.PHOTOGRAPHS does not offer refunds or exchanges. If you would like a thumbnail of a certain photograph with the sizing and color, please let us know before ordering and a sample may be emailed to you after contacting us through the CONTACT page within 1-2 business days. Please make sure that all information is correct before processing your order.

• ​CROPPING MAY OCCUR depending on the size chosen.  Watermark will not appear on photograph purchased.

For Prints: All prints are able to have a Matte finish. Any prints selected with a Glossy finish must be sized 8x10" and smaller. If a Glossy finish is chosen for any photograph 11x14" or larger, it will automatically ship with a Matte finish.

EG.PHOTOGRAPHS only accepts PayPal at this time.  If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please let us know before purchasing.  

USPS Money Order:  Once received, order will be processed and shipped out.

Other Money Orders and/or Personal/Business Checks will be held for 10 business days.  Once the money order and/or check has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped.

Please be aware that most orders placed will take approximately 3-7 business days to be processed, and about 3-10 business days for delivery - depending on your location.

Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated when checking out.
